Working with architects to bring a new home to fruition is always an exciting process. We are currently building a home in Atawhai, which was designed by Jeremy Smith from Irving Smith Architects.
Irving Smith is a niche architecture practice based in Nelson, which has been recognised both nationally and internationally for its outstanding work. In his role as design director at Irving Smith, Jeremy has led a range of design innovations, including the competition-winning and subsequent award-winning NMIT Arts & Media, Whakatane Library and Exhibition Centre buildings.
This home is located in a spectacular position and is going to look amazing when the roof goes on, in just a few weeks. Here’s a couple of images of the work in progress. We will post more as the project comes together…watch this space!
