Meet Pam and Jason Gardiner
Jason Gardiner Builders was established by Pam and Jason Gardiner in 2012 and has quickly become one of the Nelson Tasman region’s most reputable, award-winning, independent building companies.
As a Licensed Building Practitioner and owner, Jason personally oversees all projects and provides comprehensive support to our clients throughout the build. With over 30 years’ experience in the Nelson Tasman building industry and an executive member of the Nelson Master Builders Association, he has an impressive wealth of construction knowledge and expertise.
Pam ensures all aspects of the business are running smoothly behind the scenes for each project and looks after the office team and marketing.

As Nelson builders, we specialise in new home builds, home renovations and extensions in the wider Nelson Tasman region and thrive on a construction challenge, whether it is an architecturally designed home, a challenging site or a major renovation. Jason Gardiner Builders are Registered Master Builders
When you work with us you are assured of quality workmanship. As a Registered Master Builder, we must meet certain quality criteria, including building experience, trade and professional qualifications, and on-site management experience. The assessment criteria also includes workmanship and our clients have been contacted to ensure the work is of a high standard and has met their expectations.
Jason Gardiner Builders are Licensed Building Practitioners
Licensed Building Practitioners (LBP) are building practitioners who have been assessed by the Building Practitioner Board to be competent to carry out building work essential to the structure or weathertightness of residential buildings.
