This project involved extensive structural work, including a full rebuild of the lower level with new foundations and major remedial improvements. The result is a warm, functional space with stylish bedrooms and living areas that open onto a generous new deck for seamless indoor-outdoor living.
Upstairs, the layout was reimagined to create a bright, open kitchen and lounge. Dark cabinetry, a large island, and restored Rimu floors bring timeless character, while redesigned bathrooms and a new skylight enhance comfort and light.
A bold new entrance lifts the home’s street appeal, and the owner’s thoughtful design choices shine throughout.
